Glorious Golden years of BLCET
- Baroda Lions Club Education Trust has established English Medium Baroda High Schools at Bagikhana, O.N.G.C and Alkapuri.
- The Trust has helped in shaping the future of youngsters of Baroda who have matured and have realized their dreams under the shade of the Banyan Tree BLCET
- To provide quality education to financially challenged children BLCET established another Baroda High School at Danteshwar (1996). This School follows both English & Gujarati medium of instruction.
- General Stream was introduced in Baroda High School, Alkapuri in 2002 due to the untiring effects of BLCET
- BLCET added another School to its cap named Baroda Lions School in the year 2004- Self Finance English Medium Sec. Hr. Sec. School.
- BLCET has excelled in its aim in providing quality education to the masses.

Thousands of distinguished students have brought laurels to the Trust……
- BLCET was instrumental in bringing LIONS – QUEST Skills for Adolescence Programme to the Vadodara city. Late Dr. Geeta Shah, Professor of Tata Institute of School Sciences – Bombay, a SFA Trained Teacher took initiative to implement the Pilot Project Programme for Grade 7 of Baroda High School, Alkapuri in the year 1991;Now it is a part of regular curriculum in all the schools for Std. 6th, 7th and 8th managed by the Trust.
- BLCET has signed MOU with Bal Gokulam. This initiative is to ignite the passion for learning in the children of unsheltered Multipurpose Children’s Home. BLCET will provide Free Education through Gujarati Medium at BHS Danteshwar.
- BLCET has launched a Anganawadi Project which would benefit the Society at large. The aim of this project is to equip with Anganawadi teachers with the skills that will provide active learning among the children.
